Buy & Sell TIME using Uniswap: Guide
Uniswap.org is a protocol for exchanging ERC-20 tokens on Ethereum.
What you need
- TIME or ETH or both, depending on what you would like to do, buy, sell or provide liquidity.
- Metamask or another supported Ethereum wallet application.
- Supported Browser (Chrome, Firefox, etc.)
Buy TIME
Visit uniswap.org in your browser and click launch App.
Click ‘Connect to a wallet’ in the upper right side of the window, choose your preferred wallet application (We use Metamask in this example) and confirm the operation displayed.
After successfully connecting your wallet with Uniswap, you can choose which two ERC-20 token, or ETH you want to swap.
To buy TIME, you must first search for it by pasting the TIME token contract address in the search field:

Choose how much ETH you want to exchange for TIME and click Swap
Confirm the Swap and a smart contract will automatically exchange your ETH for the respective amount of TIME. The same can be done between any other token where Uniswap automatically routes the swap through multiple smart contracts.
Provide liquidity for TIME markets
Uniswap allows anyone to provide liquidity for any markets by granting token to so-called pools. Such liquidity providers can accumulate trading fees.
The following describes how to provide liquidity to the TIME/ETH market.
Start by connecting your Wallet to Uniswap as described in the previous part of this guide.
Click Pool and Add Liquidity
Now choose for which market you want to provide liquidity, in our case it’s the TIME-ETH market.
To choose TIME, paste the token contract address in the search field:

Choose how much token you want to lock to act as liquidity, click Supply and confirm.
Note: You always need the same amount of token worth on both sides, e.g $100 in TIME and $100 in ETH.
